6. Additional Notice for European Economic Area (EEA) Residents (GDPR)

- (i) Contractual Necessity: To provide our core services, such as generating AI exam feedback for CaptainAI users;
- (ii) Consent: Especially for sensitive data processing within our social platform, GateNight;

- Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent; and the right to object to or restrict processing.
- International Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA (such as Singapore, where our headquarters are located, or Taiwan, where our servers are located via Google Cloud Platform). 7. Additional Notice for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

8. CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act)
- Do Not Track: Our services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals from web browsers. However, you can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
