1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services, websites, or applications provided by Alnair Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Service and any applicable Product-Specific Terms (collectively, the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, software, graphics, logos, and AI-generated underlying structures) are the exclusive property of Alnair Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Product-Specific Terms
Our company provides diverse services. Depending on the product you use, additional specific terms apply:

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer any part of the services.
- Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
- Use automated systems (robots, spiders) to scrape data without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALNAIR STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore.
